Windy Point Pancake Mix



Named in honor of the family's great-grandma Ida rowed across a lake to live in a cabin in the woods in 1910, this is Long Table's most complex cake: rich, fragrant blue corn complements a dry, lightly bitter backbone of buckwheat. Rye (think whiskey, not caraway) adds a peppery back-note, with a sweet + buttery hazelnut finish.  This one-pound bag of pancake mix makes 50, 4-inch pancakes.  Made in Chicago IL.
