I aim to complete orders and get your gift delivered in the most efficient way possible.  Due to the customized nature of my product, I request that you remain expeditious in your collaboration with me, so we can complete your gift in a timely manner.  All gifts are shipped out of Chicago, IL.

The time frame for order delivery is expressed below:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.  
• To accelerate the processing time, please email hello@homegrownwrappings.com with your order number and the details of your urgency.  We make no guarantees that we can fulfill your request. And you may incur a rush fee.
• Pick-Up time:  This refers to the date and time that the item is ready for gifting. 
• If Pick-Up is selected during check out, you will be notified when your order is ready.  You may pick up your order on the date and time that you selected at check-out, or you may reach out to hello@homegrownwrappings.com to amend this pick-up time, allowing 24 hour notice.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from my space to the destination.  I do not currently ship outside of the United States.  Shipping times may be more extreme than past expectations.  After processing and leaving the workshop, items may take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination.
